They buy from you because they agree with what your business communicates and lends. As an entrepreneur, you need to give a precise definition of your company's purpose and make sure your staff understands it and is willing to work for it. Then communicate that target to your prospective customers.

You should constantly remind yourself and your employees why the business is operating. Even the best management in the world will never get the full support of the team, if there is no basic purpose.
