How to choose productive people

Finding and hiring productive people can make a huge difference to the prosperity of your business. But how can you choose productive people who will evolve into capable and hardworking partners?

One of the most effective ways to find a productive person is to ask the candidate very detailed questions about their PRODUCTS. Don't worry too much about their post, don't overdo it with what they says they can do, but try to find out exactly what they have produced.

Find out the results they had in their previous work.

For example, if you want to hire a salesperson, you should above all be concerned with the number of sales he has made. Usually the candidate describes in detail the various positions he has had in the past or the various activities he has done. But what you really care about is the production that came out of it. When you have the person describe to you specific and easily verifiable (from their previous employers) products that he had, then you are on the right track in hiring someone who will benefit your company.

The above criterion may not be the only thing to look for when looking to hire the right person, but it is one of the most important.

Use it as much as you can and staff your business with productive people.
